Reach One – Teach One

With all of the negative items happening in the world we need leaders to step forward and mentor, teach or coach young business professionals more than ever. My idea / challenge is for every experienced business owner or leader to reach out and select one person they can mentor or coach. Put in place a process to help them adjust and grow.
